Friendly helpful staff, great range of products and amazingly well trained in the things they sell. Small shop with local charm.
Good selection of stock. However customer service is not good. I stood for over 5 minutes at a till with not even an acknowledgement from the staff member helping another customer. I appreciate he was on his own but just to turn and say I'll be with you as soon as I can wouldnt go a miss. I then walked down stairs and was left at the till when the staff member walked off and when they returned I didn't get a "sorry for your wait. I feel these problems are due to lack of staff more than anything. If I could have gone elsewhere I would have.
