Overall Calverts has been a bad experience. The main issue was in fighting between fitters and mistakes. We had a full house done over a few weeks and got 3 different fitters. One was pleasant, but the other 2 spent a lot of time complaining about the job and the other fitters. A carpet was forgotten and door brasses were forgotten. Fitters were not understanding and I didnt find who I assume was the manager that helpful when I had to call because a section of carpet had not been fitted (it was still folded up the wall). I understand mistakes happen but there were too many. Another issue: we have a long crease in our lounge carpet which is visible, the carpet was not a faulty roll it was a normal remnant. I havent complained because I dont think they would do anything. As for their prices, which is a big reason we went there. Im actually not sure they work out that good value for money, because we ended up having to pay more than we hoped.
