Lucy, Craig and gang are fantastic at Evolve NCA. They've got me moving after injury and motivated to keep fit. With an incredible understanding of what I was able to achieve due to injury, I feel stronger, and fitter and more flexible than ever. Circuit training is fun and gets your whole body working. PT classes have focused on specific skills. I would highly recommend Evolve. Thanks team.
Im not exactly your typical gym goerand this is exactly why I love Evolve, as there is no such thing as a typical person that comes here. From ladies that are 60 plus that have learnt to weight lift, from great big Rugby players learning Pilates moves to help them stretch off and become more flexible, early morning classes that are filled with circuits, weights, ab exercises (with out a single sit up being required to be done!) and in the summer a more boot camp style outdoors. I find it tough going and challenging and have had my struggles with a hip and shoulder injury from a road traffic accident, but Lucy always adapts and always offers an alternative. She has helped me through Personal training build my confidence and strength through weight lifting (something I would normally shy away from!) I have hit holiday goals and even ran a Marathon with Lucys support. There is a great atmosphere here and everyone is always made to feel welcome. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Best equipmented gym in Northallerton. Friendly atmosphere for every ability. Ages from 16 to 80. Lucy makes the best gym in Northallerton, friendly and welcoming and really knows her stuff about a wide range of training and diets. Everyone at Evolve is supportive of each other.
Outstanding gym amazing atmosphere great equipment and the friendliest staff youd ever meet in a gym . This gym has become my second home . The gym and its members arnt just that its more like a family you feel welcomed everyday and theres always someone happy to help if you ever need it . I can only give a 5 star review on this but if I could Id certainly give a whole load more !
Great selection of equipment and free weights including a lifting platform, all kept in top condition. The owner and members are friendly and welcoming. Opening hours are decent and membership / drop in prices are very reasonable.
