I am considering leaving this surgery as the process for repeat prescriptions is appalling you have to phone between specific hours the window is only 3hrs the pharmacy staff have no empathy to urgent requests this is the conversation I just had...it is all we cant do this and we cant do that, there is a procedure to follow you know and if you are unable to take your medication for two weeks thats not our problem you should have ordered the correct medication online. I thought the medical profession would have empathy but not at this surgery it doesnt
Very poor repeat prescription service phone lines hardly ever manned. The surgery stopped me using Pharmacy2U which was so quick receiving meds to my door in two day as a pose to a week at the surgery. On the other hand I have just managed to get a 19.00 appointment as I work long hours, quite supprised
