I've had my last 3 MOT's here, I've not had any car trouble in between but when I do I will definitely use Charlie Taylor garage. Excellent service, very friendly and most importantly very honest and professional.
Friendly service and reasonable prices. I've used Charlie Taylors on many occasions, however on a couple of occasions recently, have found their work to not be up to their normal standard (have had to take vehicles back, as work not done properly and got the impression of it being rushed). They will take a contact number, but will rarely give you updates/tell you your vehicle is ready, I advise ringing before travellingEDIT: Paula Cox, this is My Google account, not Facebook. I don't know who Stuart is, but if I was connected with him and wanted to 'bring down' Charlie Taylor's, surely this would be a 'one star' review? Just trying to give an honest opinion without getting attacked by strangers on the internet. One post and no pictures? What's to say your account isn't fake and you've signed up especially to leave that 'review' as you have an 'interest' here?
Obviously jam sandwich has to hide their name .... a clue that it's something to do with Stuart who is an ex employee and has decided to put Charlie Taylor's garage down, very disrespectful and I hope your name gets around the garages as a warning not to the employ you!!! Charlie Taylor's garage is very well respected and their work is outstanding!!! Maybe you should also go to spec savers as their garage certainly isnt dirty,outdated dark or dingy !!!! Stick to learning how to mechanic rather than trying to slander people!!
I have been a customer of Charlie Taylor for twenty six years . I can not praise this family run business enough . Excellent work, very reasonably priced and always go the extra mile to accommodate my time schedules. Customers are remembered on sight and work is NEVER carried out unless needed. Friendly and welcoming by both patrons and staff . Highly recommend .
