Good team in the repair department. Very friendly, efficient and helpful.Would have ticked loved it, but the drivers side of the car hadn't been hoovered out after. I wouldn't normally mention anything, but you said on the work ticket that it had been done!!?

On going issues , not given spare key , 3 months later still not got one. Customer service is appaualing, not helpful what so ever . Been ignored. Went to a garage to avoid this, it's supposed to be ford , supposedly reliable??
